A Welcome from our Headteacher

I am delighted to welcome you to our website which will give you a flavour of our school and nursery as well as providing regular, updated information.

Our children are amazing! Their behaviour, their attitude to learning, their kindness, their consideration and manners, are exemplary. They are confident and caring, independent and inclusive, successful and sensitive, and above all, happy.

In June 2022, our school was inspected by OFSTED. The whole school team are incredibly proud to share that we are a ‘good’ school. You can read a copy of the report here.

Everyone who works in our school is valued as an individual, and staff work as a team, sharing expertise, knowledge and skills. Our staff are hard-working and dedicated professionals. Their relationship with the children in their care is one of understanding, respect and encouragement.  We believe in fostering confidence and independence so that the children who leave us are well-rounded, successful and articulate individuals with a keen desire to learn and achieve. We have high expectations of all our learners - we do not put a limit on what we can achieve; hence our motto “Learning Without Limits”. (See our school vision and ethos).

We understand that parents want to see their children placed in the best school possible, based on successful progression, quality of supervision and a child's safety and well-being. Within this website you will see that we put your child's happiness alongside good teaching, a challenging curriculum, enrichment activities, extensive early years' provision and before-school and after-school facilities. We encourage parents to be actively involved by attending assemblies, events and special lunches.

By working together, as a community, we can provide a family ethos, where children are cared for, listened to and valued, which in turn makes their learning enjoyable and rewarding. Our school builds children's confidence, their social and emotional skills, gathers a diverse group of classmates and potential friends, and helps prepare them for their future life.
