Year 1 Maths Home Learning Week beginning 22nd February 2021

Hi Year One,

I hope you have had a lovely half-term at home. Our zoom session is on Monday afternoon at 1:30pm - I look forward to seeing you all there.

This week in maths, we are going to be exploring numbers up to fifty. You will be sequencing numbers, grouping and counting in tens, exploring tens and ones and being introduced to place value. It will be really valuable to have fifty objects at home that you can use for counting. For example, you could use pasta shapes or lego bricks.

Please send pictures of your work to my email address so that I can see how you are getting on and provide you with some feedback.

Thank you for all of your hard work and support. Speak to you soon.

If you are unable to make the zoom session, then you may complete the lesson below at a time best for you.
