He has produced his own clock to help him to tell the time, practiced his spellings of some of our statutory words, recorded facts about the Greek God Poseidon and researched information about the country Greece. She has been working on her spellings by identifying definitions and whether words have been spelt correctly or incorrectly. She has planned and written her narrative poem based on one of the Greek Gods and she has practiced using methods we have learnt in school to help her to solve problems involving the four operations. He has been identifying the area of a range of shapes, practicing telling the time on both analogue and digital clocks, using inverted commas to indicate direct speech, identifying synonyms for said, calculating the perimeter of a range of shapes, subtracting decimals and identifying angles and missing angles on a straight line.
